Hypnotherapy is quite simply the
combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis to allow you to
rapidly change to become a more efficient, confident and
happier version of yourself.
I use many forms of therapy within sessions to produce the
most efficient and effective form of therapy for you; each
session is tailor-made. This is true for all levels of
therapy. From one of the most effective, award winning,
quit smoking programmes
around, to the suggestion delivered when you come to see me
for an individual session for, for example, driving test
confidence; to analytical therapy, hypnoanalysis, where we
work together to find the root cause of your behaviours.
People often claim ‘miracles' have occurred after therapy as
they find they are more confident, happier, they have
increased libido and are generally more in control of their
lives.
Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy – I work alongside
traditional medical practices. All sessions are conducted on
a one-to-one basis (unless you request to share a quit
smoking programme or sports motivation session) and
confidentiality is paramount.
If you want to be constructive about your future and create
positive change in your life and hence in the lives of those
around you, then hypnotherapy is for you.
