Stop Smoking

Imagine being fitter and healthier, able to breathe in deeper and really appreciate that fresh air. Imagine your sense of smell improving and being able to smell those flowers or smell that delicious food which now tastes so much better. Picture yourself looking so much healthier, your skin clearer, your eyes brighter and your hair and clothes smelling good … and you feeling so good about yourself.

Imagine being with friends and enjoying their company and simply not needing a cigarette; being totally comfortable and contented finishing your meal as a non-smoker would … without reaching for that tobacco. Imagine hitting a problem with your work and realising that you don't need a cigarette to help you solve it.

Whatever the situations where you may previously have found yourself almost automatically reaching for a cigarette, imagine being there now and being totally comfortable and contented to be a non-smoker. Imagine you are far more likely to live a longer and healthier life!

If you know someone whom you would like to become a non-smoker then it may be an idea to print out this information for them … if they object to being given advice or to you "trying to control them", you could simply point out that you realise independence of mind is important to them which is why you thought they might like to free themselves from the position of being enslaved by tobacco.

The combination of EFT and hypnotherapy is extremely effective and can help you achieve this. So whatever your particular reasons are for wanting to be a non-smoker, let us help you. Smoking was never a natural part of your life anyway.
