Self hypnosis

Self-hypnosis is a valuable skill we can all learn. You can
use the intense focus and calm that you gain when in a state
of hypnosis to enhance every aspect of your life. And every
time you go into hypnosis you get better at it, making it
easier each time you want to use hypnosis for a specific
occasion; for example, when competing in a sporting event or
giving birth. Self-hypnosis can be used anywhere at any time
when it is safe to do so for simple, easy relaxation and
focus.
In order to achieve specific goals, you need to have
