Christine Hines

BA (Hons), PGCE, DHP, MAPHP, LCPS, LHS, AAMET

Based in the UK, Christine studied with Terence Watts at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis to qualify as a hypnotherapist and hypnoanalyst.  She had originally graduated in Social Administration from Manchester University and then gained a postgraduate qualification in Management and Administration from the Management Centre of Bradford University. This was followed by a postgraduate qualification in education from Leeds University. It was a desire to investigate complementary methods of optimising health and general well being that then lead her to become a qualified aromatherapist, a hypnotherapist and in more recent years an EFT Practitioner.

“It was while I was working as a teacher that I became increasingly fascinated by the life experiences of those around me. There are so many people whose lives appeared to be limited or made difficult by factors that they seemed unable to influence no matter how hard they tried. There were others who from the outside appeared to be tremendously successful but who had problems with, for example, anxiety and lack of confidence in social situations. Why? And more importantly, how could change be effected?

Events and early learning experiences can have tremendous consequences… often those events, or certainly the emotions attached to those events, are unknown to the conscious mind.  My mission as a hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner is to facilitate positive change; to enable the realisation of real potential and the release from limiting beliefs.

I have found hypnotherapy to be a very effective means to provide significant and often rapid change for my clients and I am so happy have found EFT which has made an amazing contribution towards making profound changes for my clients.

Using a combination of hypnotherapy and EFT has enabled clients to say goodbye to phobias, to perform in outstanding fashion with interview situations, to free themselves from cigarettes or other substances for which they formerly had cravings. It has helped deal with painful Irritable Bowel Syndrome symptoms and to get rid of migraine pain. Others can now talk comfortably about memories which were previously extremely upsetting. And the list goes on …

In September 2005 I had the wonderful experience and privilege of attending a workshop in the UK where Gary Craig, founder of EFT, demonstrated the art of EFT for serious diseases.”

Elizabeth Kvammen

BSc (Hons), HND, DHP

Elizabeth now lives in Norway and will shortly be opening her consulting rooms in Trondheim.

Elizabeth qualified as a hypnotherapist and hypnoanalyst at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis. Prior to qualifying in hypnotherapy she qualified in both Computing and Project Management at Leeds Metropolitan University. She is registered with the APHP (Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy) and with the Hypnotherapy Society. She is also a qualified EFT practitioner.

Elizabeth specialises in weight management, (having lost 3 stone using the methods she now teaches clients), Wedding Preparation and analysis. She continues her professional development with further study.

“I have met many people who have become accustomed to being or feeling less than they have the potential to be, people who are still hurting or suffering from past occurrences. From personal experience of loss and other traumatic events I am aware of the depths of feeling that can overwhelm people and how difficult it can be to get out of those depths. I am committed to letting people know that there is a way they can deal with and learn from past and current issues.

Often we are taught that for something to work or be worthwhile the processes involved have to be difficult, this is simply not the case. We have the power to alter our own perceptions, of ourselves and the world around us, to ensure that we become all that we can be. With the use of hypnotherapy and the amazing EFT I aim to assist people to change their sub-conscious programming to a programme chosen by their conscious minds: To allow people to alter their perceptions and their programming to fulfil their potential, to assist people to regain their childlike happiness and sense of freedom, to achieve success in their lives.”
