Appointments
We are open for appointments Monday to Friday, between 9 am
and 7.30 pm.
To arrange an appointment
contact us.
We may be seeing clients when you call so please leave a
message on our answer phone and we will get back to you as
soon as we are able to do so.
The next step...
Once you have decided that EFT and
hypnotherapy are the best course for you, please
contact us
to arrange a free initial consultation or your first
appointment. An initial consultation is not always
necessary, we can talk on the telephone to establish what is
the best way forward for you.
We will endeavour to answer the phone personally; otherwise
we do have an answer phone on at all times, where you can
leave a message with your name and number and any other
information you wish to leave. Be assured that no one but a
therapist
will pick up your message. You can also email
christine@aphp.net
On the day of your appointment please bear in mind that we
are seeing clients throughout the day and so will not answer
the door before your appointment time. If you have time
before your session we are only a few minutes away from
Ilkley, the delightful spa town which offers a good
selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.
At your free initial consultation we will welcome you to our
consulting room. When you are settled and sitting
comfortably we will discuss why you have come to see us.
Please remember that we are therapists who will not judge
you in any way; if you can think of it, we have probably
already heard it.
The free consultation will last for approximately 30 to 45
minutes. During the initial consultation we will make notes.
Please be reassured that those notes are for our information
only, they are completely confidential. We will discuss the
best course of therapy for you and then make your first
appointment.
Before your first appointment, utilising your notes, your
therapist will plan out the most effective treatment plan
for you. All sessions are tailor made for you.
The number of appointments you will require depends on why
you come to see us. You will be advised at your free
initial consultation how many we recommend. |
