The cost difference is minimal and by using the acupressure tapping method as soon as you have downloaded the manual, you can feel an instant difference! The video and manual are also available separately.

Unlike many hypnotherapy audio products out there, our products have been formulated by our own internationally registered therapists. They were originally designed to hand to our own clients. However they have proved so popular, we decided to give everyone the chance to improve their lives with them.

The audio CDs we offer have all been created for different purposes. The words are all carefully scripted by Ilkley Therapies' fully qualified and registered therapists.

Every recording is made to a high standard using professional sound equipment. The voice you will hear is that of therapist Christine Hines, who is also trained in classical voice production. The music we use on each CD is especially scripted at 60 beats per minutes to ensure deep relaxation. This will generate what is commonly referred to as the 'Mozart effect' of easy focus and complete calm.
